All our jams are made in small batches, using traditional methods and no artificial preservatives, additives or colours. We grow a lot of the raspberries we use but not all.
The raspberry jam is our best seller and I use it in my Victoria Sponge, Almond Slice and many more of the baked goods available in the bakery. The tartness of the rapsberries is a great contrast against anything sweet. It goes perfectly with our scones.
