All our jams are made in small batches, using traditional methods and no artificial preservatives, additives or colours. We grow a lot of the rhubarb we use but not all, but it is all grown in Donegal.
Mum used to make Rhubarb and Ginger jam until she added ground clove one day by mistake. I think she hit on something really special. It's very versatile and goes really well on scones or as a tasty accompaniment to a dessert such as rice pudding.
